  Have bought makeup a few times and was not thrilled with the service, but I love the product. Today went to buy foundation and did not bring my empty bottle, because every time I make a purchase they enter what I have bought and keep a record.. they tell me this every time.. I have bought my foundation multiple times.. today they said " It's not in the system." That was it. She could have tested foundations on my skin to find my shade so I could make my purchase.. nope.. okay.. I'm not surprised you have a low rating.. I'm going elsewhere and buying a different product from people who know about customer service.
