  Horrible customer service. I was a first time patient and forgot my health card. I know, silly. However, the receptionist wasn't helpful and couldn't be bothered to work with me. I am so disappointed. I have great insurance and could have brought the card back to the office immediately after appointment. I've been in pain for months and looking forward to seeing the doctor. Forget it now. Will go to a place with more compassionate staff.
