  They drop the ball on Friday's, if your expecting them to do something on a Friday. Don't hold your breath. When you call to file a compliant you get an apology but then education to try and justify the dropping of the ball. Excuse me Mam Lori G. If there was a mistake say so, show you do understand how someone could feel when your company is holding thiusand of dollars and everyone but you the seller has gotten paid.
  
  Don't use them they don't care about the customer. Reading other reviewes shows just that. If it's FRIDAY call them or go by you will see lots of fun no work.
